Back from INTERZUM: What a Week!

Well, we survived another INTERZUM! After four days of non-stop conversations, demonstrations, and maybe one too many cups of that questionable hall coffee, we’re back at the office sorting through all the business cards and notes we collected.

First off – thanks to everyone who stopped by Booth E-078a. We had visitors from 23 countries (we kept track this time), including some customers we hadn’t seen in person since before the pandemic. It was great catching up and hearing how our machines have been holding up in your factories.

Our technical director lost his voice by day three from explaining the new tension system on our quilters. Worth it though – the feedback was better than we expected. Several visitors brought fabric samples that had been giving them trouble with their current equipment, and watching their faces when we showed how our machines handled the same materials was priceless.

We’ve already started follow-ups with everyone who left their information. If you’re waiting to hear from us, hang tight – we’re working through the list as fast as we can. And if you mentioned that custom alignment issue with your existing machine, our service team is already working on a solution we can email over.

For those who couldn’t make it to Cologne this year, we missed you! We took plenty of photos at our booth (including one of Frank falling asleep behind the display on the last day – that one’s not going on the website).

Next stop: the Milan show in October. But first, we need to catch up on some sleep.

Until next time!
